Maidstone Mela is now a 2 day event attracting over 20,000 people set in the idyllic settings of Mote Park in the county town of Kent – Maidstone.
Live music, dance & food from across the globe in from the many communities that make up the population Maidstone, Kent & UK today.
Plenty of stalls, community groups, information posts, food & craft will be there on the days in addition to the live entertainment on 2 stages in the vast Mote Park Setting.
DJ SET:
Paul Aaaron from KEEP THE FAITH is resident DJ at Maidstone Mela – expect an eclectic world music set with a course a touch of Soul inc. anything from Samba, Salsa, Soca, Lovers Rock, Raregroove, Bhangra, Indo-Fusion, Afrobeat, Roma-Jazz & Flamenco + other folk music from across the globe.
Non stop DJ set from 5pm-6.30pm on Sat Sept 10th
& also Midday-1.30pm on Sun Sept 11th
+ throughout both days in between the live, onstage entertainment.
